The Grey Film



A short moving image piece, exploring my relationship to the handwritten letters I received through 'Letter to Grace'. Initially I was overwhelmed by all the letters I received and didn't know where to begin! Many thanks to everybody that contributed, who without the 'Letter to Grace' project wouldn't have been possible. All the letters used in the film were photocopies! The originals letters are stored safely in an archive box.
I hope to continue working with the letters in the New Year.

    What a wonderful film. I was most excited to see my letter in the sink and on the washing line. Thankyou for your card, which I received this morning.
